Elizabeth J. Schmeizl is a licensed nursing home administrator and is responsible for overseeing the operations, staffing and patient care at Village Green of Wallingford. She has 17 years of experience and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.

Lilian Ciesco is a Partner Development Coordinator with over 20 years of healthcare experience, who works primarily with our three CT centers. In her role, Lilian has developed liaisons between major CT hospitals and has worked to establish key partnerships and new networking opportunities for the company. Prior to becoming a Partner Development Coordinator, Lilian served as the Director of Admissions and Marketing of a 151-bed long-term care center.
Lilian has been a Board member for the CT Rotary service group for nine years, serving as secretary for two years. She has served on several high school mentoring programs for scholarships and advanced education. Lilian received a BS with a major in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor Psychology from Springfield College in MA. In her free time, Lilian enjoys skiing, boating, cooking and running.
JeanMarie received her Masters in Occupational Therapy with honors from the Texas Womens University in 1997. For several years, she has provided quality therapy care in a variety of settings for various age groups. The diagnoses she has treated include THR, TKR, cardiac, stroke, and treatments including upper body strengthening, balance, ROM , and Activities for Daily Living. JeanMarie embraces the concept of quality, compassionate, results-oriented care.
Carol is responsible for overseeing the Social Services Department. She is dedicated to providing therapeutic support to the residents at our center. Carol also ensures an easy and safe discharge for our short term residents returning to the Community. Carol holds a Masters Degree from Southern Connecticut State University and has over 20 years experience in the healthcare field.
