Executive Director: Kim Coleman

As Executive Director, Coleman is responsible for providing leadership for the delivery of quality, resident-centered care and a supportive work environment for staff. She will be tasked with leading and directing the overall operations of the center in accordance with customer needs, government regulations and company policies, with a focus on maintaining excellent care for residents, while achieving the center's business objectives.

Prior to her role with Village Green of Wallingford, Coleman served as the Administrator for another SNF where she successfully managed a 120-bed facility while reducing operating expenses, lowering employee turnover and increasing building census. Coleman also successfully improved employee satisfaction during her tenure. Coleman also had the opportunity to serve as the Administrator for the Westport Health Care Center and was the Assistant Administrator for the Northbridge Health Care Center. Coleman started her healthcare career as a Support Living Counselor for Abilis.

Coleman received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Connecticut and most recently received her Certificate in Long-Term Health Care Management, also from the University of Connecticut. Coleman is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Connecticut.

Director of Admissions: Curtis Migliore

Director of Nursing Services: Darlene Parks, RN, BSN

Darlene is responsible for overseeing the health and welfare of all the residents of Village Green of Wallingford.
Darlene has 21 years of nursing experience and is a graduate of Fairfield University.

Clinical Liaison: Kim Taglia

Kim comes to us with over twenty-five years of experience in the fields of marketing, public relations, advertising, communications, medical and human services. She is embraced by the community as a leader in civic organizations.

Director of Rehabilitation Services: Bill Harvey

Bill is an occupational therapist with over 12 years' experience in acute care, community based rehab and long term care.

Director of Social Services: Jen Oetzel

Jen is responsible for overseeing the Social Services Department. She is dedicated to providing therapeutic support to the residents at our center. Jen also ensures an easy and safe discharge for our short-stay residents returning to the community.
